Gina Dorfman, DDS

Dr. Gina Dorfman graduated from the University of Southern California in 2000. Following her graduation, she worked in a pediatric dental clinic for two years, mastering the skills of providing the most advanced dental care to children of all ages. She has also worked in a private dental office, where she emphasized cosmetic and periodontal care and served on the faculty of the USC School of Dentistry. Since founding Dentistry for Kids and Adults in 2002, she has been enjoying tremendous practice growth as well as the fulfillment that comes from making a difference in the lives of her patients and her community.

Dr. Dorfman is involved with Santa Clarita’s Foundation of Children’s Dental Health – a charitable organization that provides free dental care to kids in need.  Further, she is a member of the American Dental Association as well as the Academy of General Dentists – an organization dedicated to advanced dental learning.

Throughout her career, Dr. Dofman has been on a forefront of the changes taking place in dentistry. She is a co-founder of a dental software that improves communication between team members and patients allowing for a safer and efficient dental care delivery. She is also a published author and a speaker, with numerous articles on dental health in both popular magazines and dental publications. In the past few years, Dr. Dorfman has been invited to lecture at various dental meetings and events across the country to educate other dentists on effective patient communication skills.

Dr. Dorfman loves spending every minute of her free time with her husband and their kids, Mila and Lenny.

Alexender Lee, DDS

Dr. Alexander Lee graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Pacific Union College located in the beautiful Napa Valley. He then went on to receive his training as a dentist at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry.  After receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, Dr. Lee completed a postgraduate residency in Hospital Dentistry at UCLA where he received advanced training focused on treating medically compromised patients, as well as providing dental care in a hospital setting.

Dr. Lee is currently an active member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry.

In his spare time, Dr. Lee and his wife enjoy traveling, exploring the city and relaxing at home with their two dogs.

Joel Olmos, DDS

Dr. Joel Olmos was born and raised in Lancaster, California. He attended the California State University of Northridge where he received his BA in Biology. Later, Dr. Olmos was accepted to the University of Southern California where he completed his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2013. Following graduation, he began working in private practice.

Dr. Olmos is an active member of the American Dental Association and the California Dental Association.

In his free time, Dr. Olmos enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, fishing, and hiking. He is also a member of a local co-ed softball team

Sahin Bina, DDS

Dr. Bina earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and then his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from SUNY Stony Brook. Following graduation he completed his General Practice Residency at NY Hospital Medical Center of Queens (affiliated with Cornell University) where he received extensive training in Oral Surgery and Oral Pathology, Periodontics (Gum surgery), Endodontics (Root Canals), as well as Pediatric Dentistry.

He then joined the faculty of the Division of Comprehensive Care and Applied Practice Administration (CCAPA) at NYU school of Dental Medicine, where he taught clinical dentistry to senior students, while he maintained his private practice in Great Neck, NY.

Dr. Bina also graduated from Misch International Implant Institute, one of the most advanced Dental Implants training programs in the world; which has provided him the knowledge and expertise necessary for dental implant planning and treatments.

He is a fellow of the prestigious Academy of General Dentistry, and a fellow of International Congress of Oral Implantologists.

Dr. Bina, a third generation dentist, truly loves what he does for a living, and enjoys helping patients get the smile they have always dreamed of. His friendly, easy going approach, sense of humor, and personal warmth put patients at ease the moment they meet him.

Married to the love of his life Kathy, Dr. Bina lives in Santa Monica and has two lovely children, Candice & Kevin.

Jeffrey Proniloff, DDS

Dr. Jeffrey Proniloff graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a degree in both Psychology and Biology. During his time in college, he volunteered as a dental assistant and X-ray technician for the San Diego Free Dental Society providing to the homeless population. He then went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of California, San Francisco where he graduated with the Omicron Kappa Upsilon, National Dental Honor Society distinction.

Dr. Proniloff is an active member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, San Fernando Valley Dental Society, and Academy of General Dentistry.

During his free time, he loves to be outdoors playing tennis or seeing the city biking with family and friends.

Sarah Kent, DDS

Dr. Sarah Kent attended the University of California, Santa Barbara where she earned a degree in Biological Sciences.  During her time there, she became interested in dentistry and worked as a dental assistant.  She then went on to pursue her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from University of California, San Francisco.  She knew that she wanted to pursue pediatric dentistry from the time she started dental school.  She continued her education at University of Southern California where completed a 2-year residency in pediatric dentistry.  During this time she worked with special needs children and worked closely along with the craniofacial team at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.

She is an active member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and First 5 LA.

In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and cooking with her fiancé.  She likes to spend time with her family, travel, and discover new restaurants.   And, of course, she loves watching Pixar movies so she can discuss with her patients!

My experience was amazing. Esp for my 17-month-old daughter who enjoyed it as well. My daughter’s pediatric dentist was delightful and informative. My dentist was also very informative. Recommending this place to all my family and friends.
