 Connect with patients to learn how their dental needs fit into the rest of their life.Help patients understand their dental condition in plain English and provide the information they need to make informed decisions about their dental care.

 Coordinate with other team members to ensure a smooth, comfortable, and productive visit for every one of our patients.

 Support clinicians to ensure safe and efficient patient care by ensuring the sterility of the dental instruments, preparing operatories for treatment, assisting chairside, providing patients with post-operative instructions, and keeping accurate notes and documentation.

 Most importantly, you will impact our patients’ lives by giving them an experience they don’t expect based on their idea of what dentistry is supposed to be like, and one they can’t get at any other dental office.

We are looking for an upbeat and energetic assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment.  We value strong communication skills and ability to relate to others with empathy. Applicants must show a certificate of completion of an accredited Dental Assisting program or have a Registered Dental Assistant certification and an X-ray license. You will also be responsible for a myriad of essential tasks every day to ensure that patient treatment runs smoothly and on time.

 You will assist patients at the reception desk and over the phone and welcome them to our practice. You will build rapport with patients and help them feel confident in their decision to choose our practice for the dental needs.

 You will schedule and confirm appointments and make sure that patients are prepared for their visit and know what to expect.

 You will be a liaison between the front and the back office and assure a smooth patient hand-off and continuity of care.

 You will help patients get the treatment they need and make sure they understand what treatment they need, why it’s needed, and how much it will cost.

 You will manage the schedule to create a successful and productive day.

 You will use clear and effective communication to connect with patients, address their concerns or reservations, answer questions, and help them get on the schedule.

 Assist dentists in gathering the information needed to make sound diagnosis and treatment recommendations, including accurate medical and dental histories, dental radiographs, intra-oral pictures, and relevant personal information.

 Act as a patient advocate by connecting, establish rapport and learning how their dental needs fit into the rest of their life.

 Help patients understand their dental condition in plain English and provide the information they need to make informed decisions about their dental care.

 Identify patients with unique or challenging dental needs caused by systemic diseases, such as diabetes, sleep apnea, acid reflux, dry mouth, and prescription medications, and educate them about their preventive and restorative options.

 Perform head and neck exam to screen patients for the signs and symptoms of cancer and other serious diseases.

 Use your innate ability to communicate with patients in an empathetic manner to help alleviate their fears and address their concerns.

 Coordinate with other team members to ensure a smooth, comfortable, and productive visit for every one of our patients.
